Ribandar Retreat and Milroc have come to me as a breath of fresh air. I am confident of the construction and the credentials of the builder. I am very impressedwith the courteousness and sincerity of Mr. Sekhar and his staff. I have come in contact with Viz Vanessa and Celine. I hope in time Ribandar Retreat will be my retreat too!

After five years of house hunting I am finally satisfied with this wonderful complex and proud to belong to it!

We have the way the complex and each flat has been planned – ample greenery, light and privacy from each flat. Won’t ever find any other complex with so many beautiful trees and open spaces, and with the same tranquility and peace. We truly feel we have come HOME when we come back to our flat here. This is the next best thing to having a bungalow. The grounds are maintained beautifully – keep it up! And thanks for building something so beautiful….

It is with heavy heart, I am selling this apartment. But the most gratifying aspect of the duration of my possession of the place is the extremely personal attention provided by dear Sekhar, not only in taking good care of my needs in my absence. This personal bonding is so overlooking that I am proposing to buy another property through Milroc.
